Family SHADE, the Family Support and Healthcare Alliance DElaware, is an alliance of organizations, agencies and families committed to working together to improve the quality of life for children and youth with special health care needs and their families.
Through our app, member organizations and families can:
- Access information about upcoming events, hosted by Family SHADE and its member organizations, such as meetings, workshops/webinars, conferences, health fairs and more.
- Link to other resources available on the Family SHADE website including the Roadmap to Services, and forms used to subscribe to the newsletter, join the advisory board or sign up to volunteer.
